Return Policy For Online Shopping

  • We offer refunds on full priced items only within 7 days for items purchased online.

  • Exceeding the 7-day period, returns will be eligible for store credit ONLY.

  • You will be required to cover the shipping costs.

  • We accept no returns on Made to Order pieces.

  • Items must be returned in same condition as when received and in the same packaging.

Damaged Items

  • If you believe your item is damaged, please contact us immediately after reviewing your purchase at info.bohomoda@gmail.com.
  • Keep in mind that a significant portion of our items is crafted by hand. As a result, the product(s) you receive may exhibit slight variations from the product picture, reflecting the inherent nature of our 100% handmade products.

Custom Orders

  • Creating handmade items requires significantly more time and effort than machine-made products. So we respectfully ask for your patience while we are fulfilling customers custom orders. Please contact us via email if you have any questions on your custom item.

Exchanges

  • For items purchased at our Pop-up shop locations: We only accept exchanges within 5 business days of purchase for items that are fresh, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. This is only for items purchased at any of our current Pop-up shop locations. If you attempt to return an item after the 5-day limit has passed, your request will be denied.
  • All SALE items are final sale being that they are one of a kind with very limited inventory.
